BCI Structure

Bar Citizen International is built around purpose. Every member of the team has a role that directly supports the global Bar Citizen community. New members are selected based on skills, drive to make a difference, and, most importantly, their passion for Bar Citizen events.

• The President and Vice President work hand in hand to shape the organization's vision and culture. They balance their focus between long-term goals and coordinating large community events.

• ​Our Board Members each bring a unique area of expertise to the table. Their skills cover marketing, operations, technology, legal, human resources, and community funding. These roles are collaborative and equal in standing, with no one position taking precedence over another. Together, they form a team that keeps BCI running smoothly and ensures Bar Citizen events continue to thrive worldwide.

• ​Piloting Committee members are those who regularly participate in board meetings as needed to help guide the organization toward its goals. They bring hyper-focused subject matter expertise and practical insight to support decision-making and keep initiatives moving forward.​
